Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance to Celebrate Grand Opening of First Headquarters

The Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance is proud to announce the grand opening of its first-ever headquarters in College Park, Clayton County, GA. This historic event marks a significant milestone in the organization’s commitment to regional transformation, economic competitiveness, and the collaborative impact of having direct access to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The grand opening also serves as a launchpad for the Alliance’s Capital Campaign, aimed at expanding long-term impacts throughout the region.

The official Grand Opening celebration will occur Summer 2025. We are pleased to announce our new headquarters address: Gateway Center Building One, 2077 Convention Center Concourse, Suites 132 & 150, College Park, Clayton County, GA 30337.

More than just a ribbon-cutting, this event will serve as a culminating celebration of years of hard work, vision, and partnership. Attendees will enjoy an immersive experience featuring a training/convening room, R&D lab, multi-media room, conference rooms, lounge, and co-working space designed to support entrepreneurship and business travelers.

Michelle Arrington, Chairwoman - Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance and Director of Government Affairs- Verizon, is excited about the opportunities the new headquarters will present for the region: “I’m beyond excited to reflect on the significance of this moment for the Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance. As we move into Blueprint 2.0, the impact that Aerotropolis will continue to have by establishing our headquarters right next to the Atlanta Airport and so many of our regional partners will be vital to the continued growth and development of the Aerotropolis region and State of Georgia.”

Dr. Stuart Gulley, Chairman Emeritus - Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance and President - Woodward Academy, highlights the significant milestones within the Alliance's evolution:
