Arrow Exterminators’ CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick Named President of the National Pest Management Association at PestWorld 2025

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators is proud to announce that CEO Emily Thomas Kendrick has been named President of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) during the organization’s annual PestWorld event, held this year in Orlando, Florida.

The event began with the formal passing of leadership from Faye Golden, NPMA’s 2024–2025 President, to Emily Thomas Kendrick, marking a new chapter of leadership within the pest management industry. As she took the podium, Kendrick expressed heartfelt appreciation for Golden’s service, leadership, and friendship.

A third-generation CEO of Arrow Exterminators, Kendrick shared her personal journey within the industry and underscored the essential role pest control professionals play in safeguarding communities across the globe.

“We know the truth. We protect the public health, we protect the public property, and we protect the nation’s food supply,” she said. “We provide peace of mind in a world that quite frankly doesn’t always feel predictable.”

Kendrick also extended gratitude to her Arrow family, board of directors, and her parents, sister, husband, and family for their unwavering support throughout her career.

Arrow Team Members Earn National Honors at PestWorld 2025

Arrow Exterminators is also proud to recognize two distinguished team members for receiving national honors during the PestWorld conference.

Alyson Gilleland, Vice President of Arrow University, received the Women of Excellence Award, recognizing female pest management professionals who demonstrate outstanding leadership and contribute significantly to the development and mentorship of other women in the industry.

Marie Horner, Vice President of Government Affairs, was honored with the prestigious PCT Crown Leadership Award. Since 1988, this award has recognized professionals who uphold the highest standards of ethics while dedicating their time and expertise to advancing both the pest management industry and their local communities.
