The Fox Theatre continued its national momentum in 2025, earning top industry rankings, editorial honors and leadership recognition. Together, these accolades underscore its position as one of the world’s most influential and high-performing venues. Throughout the year, the historic Atlanta landmark was recognized by leading national publications, industry organizations and regional outlets for excellence in ticket sales, gross revenue, programming leadership and community impact.

Among the year’s top honors, the Fox Theatre was named IEBA’s 2025 Theatre of the Year – one of the live entertainment industry’s most respected distinctions. The award was presented during IEBA’s annual conference in Nashville, recognizing the Fox’s excellence in programming, operations and artist relations.

“The recognition the Fox Theatre received in 2025 reflects the strength of our team, artists that choose to perform on our stage, and the audiences who continue to show up for live entertainment,” said Fox Theatre President and CEO Allan Vella. “We’re proud of the work being done on and off the stage and remain focused on presenting exceptional experiences for everyone.”

The Fox also ranked among the world’s highest-performing venues on major year-end charts:

  • No. 2 Highest Grossing Venue Worldwide (Billboard Magazine, Year-End Charts)

  • No. 1 in Ticket Sales in the 2,500-5,000-capacity category (VenuesNow)

  • No. 6 out of 200 theatres worldwide for ticket sales (Pollstar Magazine)

Editorial recognition further affirmed the Fox’s cultural impact, including Best of Atlanta honors from Atlanta Magazine, a Reader’s Choice Award from Atlanta Jewish Times and a featured spotlight in Billboard Magazine highlighting the Fox Theatre’s leadership and programming excellence. In addition to venue-wide accolades, several Fox Theatre leaders were recognized nationally and locally for their contributions to the live entertainment industry and nonprofit sector.

President and CEO Allan Vella was named to Atlanta Magazine’s Atlanta 500, Billboard Magazine’s Touring Power Players List, and Georgia Trend’s Most Notable Georgians. Senior leadership was further recognized with Rachel Bomeli named Pollstar Magazine’s All-Stars Honoree and Faustina Brooks receiving AvidXchange’s 2025 Change Maker Award.

Fox Theatre also hosted a series of landmark live music moments, highlighted by a career-spanning anniversary performance from Atlanta icon Jeezy, marking a homecoming moment and reinforcing the Fox’s role as a stage for artists with lasting cultural and commercial impact.

As the Fox Theatre looks ahead, its focus remains on the moments that can not be quantified – creating space for connection, creativity and performances that resonate long after the curtain falls.
