The team behind Red Phone Booth and Amalfi Cucina + Mercato announces the forthcoming opening of 207 Peachtree. Set to debut this spring, the 45,000-square-foot entertainment, dining and event destination will be in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, housed in a restored, 1920s building on the corner of Peachtree Street and Andrew Young International Boulevard – originally home to Regenstein’s Department Store. Six concepts will include four new spots joining the group’s existing Downtown locations of Red Phone Booth and Amalfi, which opened in 2016.

Guests will be able to spend the day visiting multiple immersive restaurants, bars and venues across four floors, each with their own distinct personality and menu:

  • American Dive (opening spring 2026) – a classic dive bar at 207 Peachtree fueled by live music at night and a jukebox playing blues, jazz, country and rock by day. The lively, group-friendly space will offer Southern BBQ, ice-cold beer on tap and by the can and bottle, wine, cocktails and casual bar games like pool, darts and arcade games. With a street-level entry that leads down into the building’s historic lower level, once used as a storage vault during the Regenstein era, American Dive will feature pure roadside Americana: vintage signs, neon, bold murals, and a mix of music and movie nods that make it feel like a bar you stumbled into on a late-night highway stop and decided to stay awhile.
  • Peachtree Sporting Club (opening spring 2026) – an upscale, experiential sports bar combining the best of watching sports and gaming with elevated pub fare and a thoughtfully curated beverage menu. Designed in a mid-century modern style with green tones paired with warm wood finishes, the space balances country-club polish with high-energy, game-day excitement. The third-floor space will feature a 20-foot panoramic TV wall showing football, baseball, soccer, hockey, tennis and other sports, plus seven Tournament-grade simulator bays, each designed to accommodate approximately 14 guests for golf, soccer, skeet shooting and more. On the menu, guests can expect chef-driven shareable platters, sandwiches and entrées, alongside an extensive beer list, signature craft cocktails, wine and premium spirits. Signature standouts include the Grand Sampler Trio (wings, pretzel bites and fried pickles) and the Peach-Bourbon NY Strip served with garlic mash and seasonal vegetables.
  • Aire Rooftop Lounge (opening spring 2026) – a rooftop lounge with city views, handcrafted cocktails, elevated shareable plates and tableside service, making it the first time the building’s roof will be activated and open to the public. The indoor-outdoor space will welcome guests to a buzzing skyline retreat with plush white lounge seating, sleek fire pits, a large pergola for shade and lush, illuminated trees that glow at night. Designed for day-to-night energy, Aire will move from effortless golden-hour cocktails to a late-night rooftop scene powered by live DJ sets, celebratory moments and VIP tableside service.
  • Grand Ballroom (opening spring 2026) – a versatile, 10,000-square-foot event space for weddings, galas, corporate events and large-scale celebrations for up to 300+ guests. Located on the second floor of 207 Peachtree, the historic-meets-luxury venue will feature white, gold and tan interiors with exposed brick walls, 14-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, crystal chandeliers and expansive windows with sweeping views of the city. The space will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including full AV capabilities, lighting packages, a catering warming kitchen and customizable bar setups with professional staffing. Event booking inquiries can be submitted here.
  • Red Phone Booth (currently open) – an award-winning Prohibition-era speakeasy, craft-cocktail bar and cigar lounge. Open to the public and members who receive access to exclusive tastings, special perks and priority entry, Red Phone Booth invites guests to enter a nightly secret code and step back in time through a restored red, London-inspired phone booth located right on Andrew Young International Boulevard. Bar goers enjoy classic cocktails, rare spirits, cigars and an authentic speakeasy ambiance complete with plush leather sofas, a honey-onyx bar, a hand-painted ceiling and the hum of jazz. Red Phone Booth is also located in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood, Nashville, Dallas (The Colony) and Miami, with Durham and Tampa opening soon.
  • Amalfi Cucina + Mercato (currently open) – an authentic Neapolitan eatery from Georgia's first Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) certified pizzaiolos who trained in Naples, Italy. Located on the second floor adjacent to the 207 Peachtree lobby, the restaurant serves authentic Italian dishes, including appetizers, seasonal entrees, fresh housemade pastas and acclaimed Neapolitan pizzas made with imported Italian flour and San Marzano tomatoes – all inspired by family recipes passed down through generations. Amalfi’s second location, which opened in 2021, is located in Buckhead.

All concepts at 207 Peachtree will accommodate private and semi-private events for social gatherings and corporate events. To inquire about booking, please contact 207 Peachtree here.

The historic building housing 207 Peachtree was designed by Atlanta architecture firm Pringle & Smith and originally home to Regenstein’s Department Store, a buzzing retail landmark in Downtown Atlanta for decades. Following a 2019 restoration led by Marx Realty, with 207 Peachtree, the property will be fully activated across all floors for the first time since Regenstein’s closed in 1978. Today, the property features original architectural elements, like an original elevator that’s been renovated to meet modern standards, as well as preserved components to honor the building’s history.

“Our goal is to keep as much of the original soul as possible by honoring what’s here, revealing it and letting guests feel the history,” says Greg Grant, President of RPB Management Group. “Marx Realty has done a remarkable job with the historic preservation of the property, and we’re excited to continue their efforts as we build out these new spaces.”

207 Peachtree is steps from Downtown hotels including The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta and Westin Peachtree Plaza, and within walking distance to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Yards, Centennial Olympic Park, AmericasMart Atlanta, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, National Center for Civil & Human Rights, Georgia World Congress Center, MARTA’s Peachtree Center Station and more.

“This year marks a decade since we first opened Red Phone Booth and Amalfi in Downtown Atlanta, and we’re thrilled to be a part of Downtown Atlanta’s continued resurgence while helping restore the building as a destination,” says Stephen de Haan, Founder and Chairman of RPB Management Group. “With so much happening in our city over the next few years – from the 2026 FIFA World Cup to our hometown teams’ games, concerts and many other major events – it’s an exciting time to bring 207 Peachtree to the neighborhood.”
