Rockefeller Group today unveiled Alina, the tallest residential and mixed-use tower in Atlanta, at 60 stories, delivering 357 thoughtfully designed rental residences featuring unsurpassed views of Midtown and beyond. The residences, topping out at 749 feet, are the signature component of the company’s landmark 1072 West Peachtree development, the tallest building to be developed in Atlanta in more than three decades.
The announcement coincided with the release of new renderings and alinaatlanta.com, offering a preview of the design vision and lifestyle that Alina introduces to Midtown.
“After years of strategic planning and design, we’re excited to formally introduce Alina,” said John Petricola, Senior Managing Director of the Southeast Region at Rockefeller Group. “These residences reflect the pinnacle of our vision for 1072 West Peachtree, a vertically connected community where elevated design, modern convenience, and immersive experiences come together to create a truly distinctive lifestyle in Atlanta.”
Upon completion, Alina’s residences will include a mix of studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts, as well as loft and penthouse units featuring private parking. Residences offer spacious floor plans, modern conveniences and design-forward details including ceiling heights up to 10 feet, complemented by a suite of condominium-quality finishes. Highlights include keyless residence entry, custom closet shelving, quartz countertops and designer backsplashes, upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances, wine refrigerators, and custom cabinetry. Bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures, custom-tiled showers with frameless glass enclosures, creating an elevated living experience throughout each home.
Penthouse units offer additional luxury touches, including backlit vanity mirrors, a freestanding bathtub, Viking stainless steel appliances, a generous island with breakfast bar, a dry bar for entertaining, and expansive walk-in closets.
In addition to its residences, Alina will offer more than an acre of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces designed to support health and connection. Highlights include a resort-style athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, and wellness-focused offerings such as private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, and recovery spaces. Residents will enjoy an indoor Yoga and Pilates studio, a private training studio, a dedicated recovery zone, and an outdoor Pickleball court with sweeping views of Midtown. The clubroom features two fireplace lounges, billiards, shuffleboard, an entertaining kitchen, a golf simulator, and an indoor/outdoor porch lounge. Additionally, a one of a kind dog run will be included on the 20th floor with panoramic city views.
The property also features Midtown Atlanta’s only high-rise, resort-style pool, as well as “The Pavilion at 1072”, Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck, designed with seating areas for collaboration or relaxation, as well as a flexible-use lawn ideal for group get-togethers and private events overlooking the city.
Bozzuto, an experience-focused residential real estate firm, will lead Alina’s leasing efforts, which are projected to commence in Q2 of 2026.
Alina will provide residents with unrivaled access to over 100 restaurants, bars, and cafes, and is just a 10-minute walk from Piedmont Park, Tech Square, Colony Square, and The Plaza Midtown Shopping District. The property is also conveniently located within a five-minute walk of both Midtown and Arts Center MARTA stations, with easy access to Interstates 75 and 85. Additionally, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is a 14-minute drive away.
