The Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) hosted its prestigious annual Top Producers Awards Gala on March 14, 2026, at the Cobb Galleria Centre’s John A. Williams Ballroom. This elegant, black-tie evening brought together more than 1,000 of Atlanta’s top-performing real estate professionals to celebrate outstanding achievements across the residential real estate industry.

Set against a backdrop of sophistication and celebration, attendees gathered for an unforgettable evening honoring the 1,314 Top Producing REALTORS®, representing the top 15% of ARA’s 12,000+ members. The event highlighted the resilience, innovation, and excellence demonstrated by REALTORS® navigating one of the most dynamic and challenging housing markets in recent years.

Quinn Arnau, 2026 President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, reflected on the significance of the evening:

“Tonight is about recognizing excellence — the 1,314 Top Producing REALTORS® who represent the very best of our profession. Despite low inventory, evolving market conditions, and rising interest rates, you have adapted, innovated, and thrived. You are more than real estate professionals — you are trusted advisors, community leaders, and champions of homeownership. You make Atlanta stronger, and you make the dream of homeownership possible every day.”

Recognition as a Top Producer is awarded to members achieving a minimum of $5 million in gross production or at least 15 closed units during the qualifying year. In 2025, ARA received an impressive number of applications, including 150 first-time Top Producers, reflecting continued growth and excellence across the membership.

The evening began with a cocktail reception, followed by a seated dinner and formal awards presentation. Guests were also treated to live music and a high-energy celebration that continued into the evening.

Now celebrating its 115th anniversary, the program continues to set the standard for production, professionalism, and leadership in the industry.
