Rubenstein Partners, L.P. today announces Coreforce, a public safety technology company, has relocated its office to a 32,945-square-foot space at Uptown Atlanta, the hyper-accessible mixed-use destination connecting Midtown and Buckhead. Coreforce is a leading provider of cutting-edge software for first responders and frontline professionals.

Formerly known as Utility Associates, the Decatur-based company rebranded as Coreforce to mark a new era of public safety tech. Coreforce, which has more than 200 employees, will occupy the entire tenth floor at Uptown. The new space will support its growth, provide proximity to customers and give employees access to a dynamic mixed-use environment with chef-driven restaurants, unique retailers and state-of-the-art office amenities. CBRE handles office leasing for Uptown.

“This move to Uptown Atlanta represents more than a new office, it marks an exciting new chapter in Coreforce’s evolution as a unified public safety technology platform,” said Greg Sebastian, CEO of Coreforce. “By bringing together real-time data, AI-driven insights and cloud-native workflows, we’re transforming how agencies operate and respond in critical moments. Our new headquarters places us at the center of innovation and connectivity, enabling deeper collaboration with partners and customers as we continue building a more connected, responsive and intelligent future for public safety.”

This latest office lease momentum comes on the heels of Rubenstein’s redevelopment of Uptown into a modern office environment. Uptown encompasses nearly 1 million square feet of office space, 110,000 square feet of retail space and a variety of community gathering areas, including The Lawn. Uptown’s retail and restaurant lineup includes White Windmill, Madre Selva, J’ouvert Caribbean Kitchen, Bene Korean, Sugarcoat, Roundhouse Kickboxing, The Commodore, 26 Thai Kitchen and Bar and Chow À La Carte at Uptown Test Kitchen.

“With Main Street’s pedestrian experience delivered and the first phase of retailers and restaurants open, Uptown continues to meet the market and attract innovative companies to its reimagined office space,” said Kyle Kenyon, Senior Vice President for CBRE. “Uptown’s connected, mixed-use environment and direct access to MARTA strengthens Coreforce’s reach and the company’s overall mission to support the community it’s built to serve.”

In addition to Coreforce, Uptown recently signed leases with The Academy for Innovation in Medicine (AIM), a tuition-free public charter school, and a national consulting firm that was previously located in Midtown. Other office tenants include Stadler Rail, a Swiss manufacturer of railway rolling stock; Entertainment Partners, a leader in the film and television industry; MARTA CPEI group, a division of architects, urban planners, engineers and construction managers; and Skillshot Media, a turnkey esports provider.

Uptown’s transit-oriented community features connectivity to MARTA and the city’s major pedestrian trails, such as the Atlanta Beltline, PATH400 and the South Fork Trail. As part of the redevelopment, Rubenstein modernized the 35,000-square-foot office atrium to include amenities and collaborative spaces, including a fitness center, conference facilities, grab-and-go food market, coffee and wine bar and game room with a golf simulator.
