The Top Workplaces list is determined solely by employee feedback from an employee survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm focused on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 40 major publishing partners across the United States. 

According to the Top Workplaces survey, Randstad ranked highest in comparison to its peer group in leaving employees feeling well-informed about important decisions, encouraging new ideas and operating by strong values and ethics. In addition, Randstad employees cited high confidence that the company is going in the right direction and, most importantly, felt that they are genuinely appreciated, part of something meaningful and confident about their own future at Randstad.
