BrightHouse, a purpose consultancy with offices in Atlanta, Cincinnati and Sao Paulo, announced the elevation of Cathy Carlisi to President, Chief Creative Officer, and Dolly Meese to Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer effective immediately.
BrightHouse's Founder and CEO, Joey Reiman, sited growth and tenure as his reason for elevating the two leaders, "Cathy and Dolly have been successfully leading BrightHouse for the last three years. During this time we have increased revenue nearly 60%, and extended our global reach to four continents."
Carlisi has been with BrightHouse for 16 of the company's 19 years, 9 as Chief Creative Officer. She has led purpose projects, communications and films for organizations such as McDonald's, Delta Airlines, The Coca-Cola Company, KPMG and Kroger.
Prior to BrightHouse, Carlisi worked for advertising agencies such as Carmichael Lynch and Fallon, garnering recognition in The One Show, Communication Arts, The New York Art Directors Annual and others. She is also a poet and painter whose writing has been featured in numerous literary journals and paintings have been exhibited in group and one-woman shows.
"Cathy's passion for creativity," according to Reiman, is balanced by Meese's "strategy precision" creating "an unbeatable leadership team."
Dolly Meese has been with BrightHouse for 8 years, heading up the BrightHouse strategy practice for 5. Meese has led teams working with numerous global brands including American Express, Procter & Gamble, Michelin, Nestle, and General Mills.
To BrightHouse, Meese brought her corporate experience working for multi-national corporations including Siemens Power Generation and Kimberly-Clark, and her strategic leadership from Zyman Group where she played a key role on brand strategy and go-to-market projects for global B2C and B2B organizations such as ConAgra, Dow, and EDS.
"Together," Reiman feels, "Cathy and Dolly have taken BrightHouse to the next level—to the brightest place it's ever been."
Carlisi says her vision is to cultivate a company of working leaders. "Ours are radically capable people who will lead practices deep in their strengths. Their leadership is key to generating lasting and meaningful purpose-driven impact on our clients businesses and society." Meese adds, "BrightHouse's greatest strength and opportunity will always be our collective thinking--bringing together strategy and creative to solve business issues and heal the ills of the world."
