Sentry Management, Inc., a leader in homeowner association and condominium management concluded the merger on October 1 with Atlanta's Grace Management and Subdivision Services. The new office has begun the changeover and will officially be renamed Sentry Management Atlanta South Division. With the addition of Grace and Subdivision Services, Sentry will operate in eleven states serving over 2,000 communities. In Georgia, Sentry now manages nearly 50,000 residential units. 

David and Rena Grace, Principals of Grace Management and Mike Reis, President of Subdivision Services, have grown the operations over 20 years into a formidable provider of association management services. More important than size, they have developed superior relationships with association boards based on attentive service. In fact, they continue to keep original clients from the first years of operation.
