Atlanta Leaders Want Millennials to Have Greater Say About Regional Issues

Millennials, also known as Generation Y, will soon have an even greater say about how Atlanta deals with its most important regional issues such as transportation and development.
The Atlanta Regional Commission will form a Millennial advisory committee to tap into the ideas of Generation Y, whose roughly 80-million members generally prefer to live within intown neighborhoods with a mix of housing types, access to public transit, restaurants and shopping.
