TrueWealth Names Michael Maiorano as Principal

TrueWealth, one of Atlanta'sleading providers of wealth management services for individuals and families, announced today the addition of Michael Maiorano as Principal to the firm. His joining the leadership team is a key part of the firm's strategic plan to develop future leaders.

Prior to joining TrueWealth, Maiorano served as Principal at Windham Brannon, an Atlanta-based tax, audit, accounting and advisory services firm, where he specialized in tax preparation and planning for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He has extensive planning and research experience with complex income tax issues, providing representation and assistance with federal and state income tax audits. In addition, Maiorano has spent much of his career working with privately held companies and their owners. His knowledge in business succession and wealth transfer will complement the technical expertise and financial planning of TrueWealth.

Maiorano received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and finance from Georgia State University. He's a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Atlanta Tax Forum.
