Press release from the issuing company

Monday, January 26th, 2015

Sneakah Boutique LLC (SB) announced in November 2014 their plans for expansion via relocating its corporate headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia, in a move designed to better serve its growing customer base and strengthen the company's position for long-term, sustainable growth.

SB board members, executives and staff will relocate from its primary facility in New Jersey, to Atlanta's central perimeter on an interim basis. SB will construct a fresh, state-of-the-art headquarters/showroom technologically equipped to accommodate consumer demand, celebrity stylist pulls, wardrobe plug-ins and key tastemaker engagement, expected to be fully completed in the late summer of 2015. The company plans has already begun moving employees. The move will be phased to help steadily increase brand presence and minimize any disruption to business operations.

"New Jersey has served as a wonderful epicenter of operations for our first year and a half, and it is still a great place today," said SB founder Nailah Wright. "Conveniently located right outside of New York, New Jersey has been a great threshold and has worked with us as a small business - evaluating our options. Ultimately, it became clear that to achieve the sustained, profitable growth and efficiencies we require for the decades ahead, our headquarters would have to be located elsewhere. That brought us to Atlanta.

Atlanta is a premier city which places us closer to our ever-growing tastemaker; trend savvy base, for effective and strategic service in multiple industry sectors. This will add to our portfolio in many ways and allow us to deeply tap into our U.S. and International audience equally. For our employees, Atlanta offers a strong quality of life and wonderful cultural and recreational opportunities."
The company expects to provide additional detail on its plans as new developments emerge.
