Hallmark Will Shut Down Printing Unit in Columbus

In an effort to remain competitive, Hallmark Cards Inc. will cease operations of its printing subsidiary in Midland, Ga. Fifty employees will be affected.
Litho-Krome produces Hallmark greeting cards and Crayola packaging. The work of Litho-Krome will be incorporated into Hallmark's current supply chain during the third quarter.
