Braves Complex to Cost $1.1 Billion

The Atlanta Braves will spend $452 million to develop their new mixed-use project adjacent to SunTrust Park, team owner Liberty Media said, putting the total cost of the ballpark and mixed-use project at $1.124 billion.
"The expected cost for mixed-use development will be $452 million of which affiliated entities will be responsible for approximately $363 million of development cost," Liberty said in a regulatory filing.
