Northwest Georgia Seeks to Boost its Digital Economy

A new effort is being launched to boost the digital economy of northwest Georgia.
The Northwest Georgia Regional Commission wants to implement what it calls the "Digital Region 1" plan with the aim of increasing technology investment and use by organizations, increase the number and sizes of the region's tech companies, increase the number of tech jobs and occupations, and increase income and wages.
