TAG Hosts Government Technology in 2020, the Future is Now in Atlanta Wednesday

Technology Association of Georgia Government Technology Society  will be hosting its regular meeting on March 11 from 11:30am-1:00pm at the Georgia Technology Authority office building. Participants will be invited for lunch and an exciting event to hear from two prominent technology leaders, Doug Robinson Executive Director of National Association of CIO’s, and Calvin Rhodes, State of Georgia CIO. Doug is the keynote speaker for the event in which he will be sharing his views for the future. Doug will be joined by Calvin to provide his insight on technology in 2020 and what needs to be done to prepare for the future. The discussion will be oriented around government wider acceptance of the cloud for operations and storage, greater connectivity between platforms and hardware, more cooperation among government units, and broader interest from the private sector in developing solutions for the government sector.
