Community & Southern Bank Completes Acquisition of Community Business Bank

Community & Southern Holdings Inc. the parent company of Community & Southern Bank, has completed its acquisition of Community Business Bank in Cumming. The acquisition was completed in the 94 days since the merger announcement Jan. 30.
As of March 21, CBB reported about $155 million of total assets and $127 million of deposits and operated two banking offices along the Georgia 400 corridor in Cumming. The merger was unanimously approved by each company’s Board of Directors in January and by the shareholders of CBB in April.

CBB customers are now able to use any CSB location across Georgia.
