Church's Chicken recently named 175 high school seniors, throughout 18 participating states, 'Church's Scholars.' As part of the educational merit Church's Scholars Program, a program of the Church's Partners Foundation, Inc., each of the 175 students was awarded $1,000 towards their college tuitions during the 2015-2016 academic year at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university or vocational/trade school in the United States
Funds for the scholarships were raised through guests who purchased coupon booklets at participating company and franchise Church's Chicken® restaurants throughout the 18 states during an October – December 2014 promotion and also direct contributions from franchisees and vendor partners.. More than 7,000 students applied for the scholarships.
