About 240 fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders in Cobb County will take part in an invitation-only summer program next month, where they will participate in activities to increase critical thinking and research skills.
“We’re very excited about this opportunity for summer enrichment for advanced learners,” said Gretchen Walton, the district’s director of assessment and personalized learning.
