Iron Mountain Renews Bid for Georgia-Based Recall Holdings

Boston information management company Iron Mountain on Monday increased its bid to buy Georgia-based firm Recall Holdings Ltd., a document management services firm.
On Monday, the two firms said they signed an agreement that calls for Iron Mountain to acquire Recall in a deal valued at $2.6 billion.
