Agile tech company V-Soft Consulting Group announces another acquisition continuing their under the radar growth to be among the leadership in the IT solutions and staffing industry.

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is pleased to announce effective August 1, 2015 the acquisition of Viraj, LLC, an IT consulting company with offices in Atlanta Georgia and Louisville Kentucky. V-Soft will assume responsibility for the servicing of all existing consulting agreements and IT staffing obligations of Viraj.

V-Soft Consulting Group’s corporate headquarters is located in Louisville, Kentucky with offices across North America and Hyderabad, India. The combined business will be one of the largest providers of IT consulting services and business application/solutions programs in the region with over 600 employees providing highly technical IT related services to customers and clients across North America.
