Midtown's Next Swanky Rental Tower Officially Launches

The launch of Midtown's next apartment high-rise could be music to the ears of picky Atlanta renters whose amenities checklist includes rooftop pools with hydraulic lap lanes and running tracks in the sky.
Such will be the offerings at Modera Midtown, a 29-story tower by developer Mill Creek Residential that will peer down upon The Connector and Georgia Tech. With 435 apartments (including some three-bedroom units), Modera will be a relatively large addition to Midtown's red-hot rental scene.
