Zaxby’s to Open 700th Restaurant Monday in Charlotte

Zaxby’s is opening its 700th restaurant Monday in Charlotte’s Steele Creek area. It will celebrate the milestone with several opening day festivities, including giveaways and a meet-and-greet with a NASCAR driver.
Zaxby’s, a Georgia chain known for its chicken fingers and a competitor of Charlotte-based Bojangles’, will open the new 3,800-square-foot restaurant at 9308 Robert Irwin Drive, near Carolina Premier Outlets. It will be Charlotte’s eighth Zaxby’s.
