David Rubinger Named Market President and Publisher of Atlanta Business Chronicle

David Rubinger has been named market president and publisher of Atlanta Business Chronicle, effective today.
Rubinger succeeds Ed Baker, who announced recently that he's leaving to become executive in residence at Georgia State University's Robinson College of Business. Rubinger and Baker will work together over the next few weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
