Hilton Atlanta Sells for $146M

The city's third-largest hotel has sold for $146 million.
An entity called 255 Courtland LLC acquired the 1,242-room downtown Atlanta hotel and its parking deck on Oct. 22, according to Fulton County court records. According to state records, the buyer shares an address with Manhattan-based Apollo Global Management LLC.
