Atlanta Ranks 15th in Traffic Congestion

Atlanta is the 15th most congested city in the United States, according to a new study by TomTom, which used GPS data to develop a "traffic index."
Traffic in Atlanta has an overall 24 percent congestion level, which means it takes 24 percent longer to travel to a given place during traffic, compared to "free flow travel."
