$25M Aloft Hotel Planned for Alpharetta

A $25 million contemporary hotel is slated for Alpharetta.
Greater Atlanta Hotel LLC is planning a 111-room Aloft hotel at North Point Parkway and Mansell Road, according to Korey Jones, owner of Alpharetta-based Jones Brokers Realty. Jones, a real estate investment advisor, represented the buyer in its search for a hotel site.
