Marriott Creates 150 Georgia, S.C. Jobs with 'Made in USA' Towels

Those fluffy towels in 3,000 U.S. Marriott hotels will soon come with "Made in USA" tags, a move that will ultimately create 150 new jobs at manufacturer Standard Textile's facilities in Thomaston, Ga. and Union, S.C., at its Cincinnati headquarters, and throughout its supply chain.
Marriott, based in Bethesda, Md., became the first U.S. global hospitality company to commit to "Made in USA" towels at its American properties March 10.
