Birch Communications, Inc., a leading nationwide provider of communications, network and cloud services to small, mid-sized, enterprise and wholesale businesses, as well as consumers, announced the introduction of a cloud phone product expressly designed for small businesses, TotalCloud Voice Essentials.
Designed to fit the needs of small businesses with just a few phone lines, TotalCloud Voice Essentials offers the premium features of a top-of-the-line phone system without upfront investment and ongoing maintenance costs. With this latest offering, Birch enables small businesses to take advantage of state-of-the-art phone system technology as well as unlimited local and long distance calling. Using a simple plug-and-play setup, customers plug their base station into their Internet connection and their office phone system is ready-to-go.
Birch equips the customer with a base station and state-of-the-art Panasonic wireless SIP phones for each line, all for one low monthly rate. Additional cordless and desktop phones can be added, and these phones all connect wirelessly to the base station, enabling business owners to place phones where they are needed – regardless of where the wiring is available. In addition, advanced features such as scheduled call forwarding can easily be configured and customized via the BirchConnect online portal.
"With Birch's TotalCloud Voice Essentials, customers can easily reduce the total cost of phone system ownership," said Christopher Ramsey, Senior Vice President and CSO. "Birch is helping small businesses economize without having to sacrifice the essentials of their business's technology needs."
"We are pleased to roll out a product targeted to smaller businesses who are looking for a modern and sophisticated phone system at a great value," said David Gibson, Vice President of Business Development. "We've taken the very best options and features and scaled them to fit the needs of startups and small businesses."
