A $370 million mixed-use development near the intersection of Georgia 400’s Exit 12 and McFarland Parkway will soon become the first community with fiber-to-the-unit technology in Forsyth County, Ga.
Philadelphia-based Comcast Corp. signed a 10-year deal with Atlanta-based RocaPointPartners, an affiliate of real estate development and investment firm Georgetown Co., to deliver a suite of gig-powered video, voice and high-speed data services to Halcyon’s businesses and residential properties.
