Atlanta No. 16 Most Expensive Rental Market in America

In this edition of the Zumper National Rent Report, our rent analysis has been expanded to include the 100 largest cities in the US by population. Any past rankings take into account this update.

Top Five Rental Markets

1. San Francisco, CA saw prices decline in June for both one and two bedroom units. One bedrooms dropped 2.2% to a median of $3,510, while two bedrooms dropped 0.6% to $4,770. Though San Francisco rents have plateaued over the past six months, prices remain considerably more expensive than any other market in the country.
