Canadian REIT Buys Seventh Georgia Shopping Center in Atlanta

Slate Retail REIT, an owner and operator of U.S. grocery-anchored real estate, announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Robson Crossing, a 90% occupied, 100, 245 sq. ft. Publix-anchored centre, in the Atlanta, GA Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The property will be acquired for U.S. $11.0 million (U.S. $110 per square foot). Closing is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2016 and remains subject to customary closing conditions.
