Developer Nixes Mixed-use Project Proposal near Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre

Citing a lack of a partner on the office component of its proposed $100-million mixed-use project, an Atlanta-based firm has dropped its plans to purchase and develop a 5-acre site next to the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.
