Mr. Potente graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Economics in 2014. He then graduated cum laude from the University Of Georgia School Of Law in 2017. While attending law school, he served as the executive editor of the Georgia Journal of International & Comparative Law. He was also the Vice Chair of the Georgia Law Business Negotiations Team and won a National Title at the 2017 Energy Law Negotiation Competition. Michael focuses his legal practice on business and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions and corporate formation. Originally from Woodstock, Georgia, Michael graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a B.A. in Political Science. Michael earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Georgia State University College of Law in 2017.

While at Georgia State, Michael was a member of the Georgia State Moot Court Team and the Georgia State University Law Review, where he served as associate articles editor. While in law school, Michael also served as the President of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and Vice President of the Business & Law Society.
