Feds: Atlanta's Gray Television Must Sell Stations to get U.S. OK for $3.6B Deal

Atlanta's Gray Television Inc. will have to sell some stations to win U.S. government approval for its planned $3.6 billion acquisition of Raycom Media Inc., a deal that promises to create "the single largest owner of top-rated local television stations and digital assets in the country."
