Ponce City Market Chef Opens Midtown Burrito Stand

Chef Hector Santiago's popular burritos are back on the menu.
Santiago on Monday opened El Burro Pollo inside the Collective, a new food hall in Midtown. The food hall is planning a grand opening celebration for Thursday, March 19.
