Art on the Atlanta BeltLine Presents First-Ever BeltLine Live Stream

Staff Report

Wednesday, June 10th, 2020

Art on the Atlanta BeltLine presents, for the first time, BeltLine Live Stream, a collection of virtual works by artists from this year’s exhibition. The new exhibition component is in response to COVID-19 and is being held exclusively online out of respect for social distancing and gathering guidelines. The featured artists and events – Dr. Fahamu Pecou, Courtney Brooks, Mausiki Scales and the Common Ground Collective, Friends and Neighbors, and Sister Sai – will adapt works originally intended for a live audience on the Atlanta BeltLine.

Details on the artists and their virtual events, which will take place June 14th – 20th, can be found on the BeltLine Live Stream page on art.beltline.org. Performances will occur on a variety of platforms: Instagram Live, Zoom, Facebook Live, and streaming from the Atlanta BeltLine. Follow Art on the Atlanta BeltLine on Instagram (@atlantabeltlineart) and Facebook (@ArtontheAtlantaBeltLine) for updates.
