Atlanta 'Creative City' Secures $1.75M in Loans, Sets Site-work Date

The owners of the historic Pratt-Pullman Yard have secured $1.75 million in federal funding to begin environmental rehab of the 27-acre former industrial complex and turn it into an entertainment district — with the aim of opening a portion of the site to the public by the fall.
