Construction of Broadstone Upper Westside will begin this year and is set to welcome residents in Fall 2021.

Every apartment home will feature stylish custom shaker-style cabinetry, decorative tile backsplashes, accent wood-shelving, high-end plumbing fixtures and furniture-style vanity cabinetry. Select units will have unprecedented, uninterrupted skyline views of Midtown, Downtown and Buckhead. 

Quietly tucked off Marietta Boulevard, Broadstone Upper Westside features an abundance of luxury amenities tailored to today’s modern resident including a welcoming, family-room style leasing office featuring a demonstrator kitchen, warm lounge areas and quiet work spaces, retro-inspired clubroom, old-school recording library, private work stations, state-of-the-art fitness center and two-tier courtyard featuring a resort-style saltwater pool and grilling cabana.

Broadstone Upper Westside is another development in Alliance Residential’s latest show of commitment to the Atlanta area, with four other active developments throughout the city. In January, the company delivered 277 luxury studio, one- and two-bedroom units at The Irby, located in the heart of Buckhead. In September of 2019, construction began at Broadstone Summerhill including 276 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in Atlanta’s Summerhill neighborhood. Additionally, Broadstone Junction, just two blocks south of downtown Norcross, and Broadstone Sugar Hill, located in Sugar Hill Town Center in Gwinnett County, are expected to open for residents later this year.
