Mark Spain Real Estate—whose sales team was just crowned the No. 1 team in the United States for closed transactions for the third straight year by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal—has opened a second Alpharetta location. 

Due to expansion of both staff and agents, the decision was made to open an additional office for the real estate agents. This Mark Spain Real Estate office, which serves greater Atlanta and North Georgia, is located at 217 Roswell Street, Suite 100, Alpharetta, Ga. 30009. Agents will be operating in the new office space this week. The new location is less than two miles from Georgia 400 and is located near Wills Park and historic Alpharetta.

The Alpharetta Director of Sales, Sara Archambeau, is thrilled to have the increased space to continue to build a fun and collaborative culture to serve clients at the highest level. It will also support the company’s hiring goals and allow her to double her efforts to add team members. The company hires both seasoned and newly licensed agents, and they  provide their agents leads and book their agent’s appointments to grow their business. 

With the opening of this location, Mark Spain Real Estate now has five metro Atlanta offices, a location in Athens, Ga., as well as offices in Raleigh, Charlotte and Nashville. The firm increased its sales team, companywide, by 34 percent in 2019 and is continuing a brisk expansion pace this year, despite national unemployment growth in the second quarter of 2020.
