Walt Lamperski, president of Stonemark Management, will speak at the Crittenden Multifamily Conference in October. The virtual event, starting Monday, Oct. 5, is an online gathering for multifamily professionals from across the nation including owners, investors, lenders, developers, property managers, brokers, service providers and others.

The two-and-a-half-day event includes several educational sessions plus networking opportunities. Lamperski and other multifamily leaders will headline a featured session on Net Operating Income titled “Top NOI Opportunities.” 

“Increasing NOI is one of Stonemark’s specialties,” Lamperski said. “In an economic downturn, it’s even more important. I look forward to comparing notes with my colleagues and sharing best practices for serving residents, owners and investors.” 

Lamperski is a frequent speaker at industry events. Recent engagements include France Media’s Interface Southeast and the Multifamily Ops Summit conference hosted by Multifamily Leadership.

Lamperski, a veteran of multifamily real estate management, has worked through several real estate cycles. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community and has served as president of the Georgia Apartment Association, the Atlanta Apartment Association and North Carolina’s Triad Apartment Association.
