Brock Built Homes Awarded Numerous OBIE Awards

At the 40th annual OBIE Award ceremony hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, Brock Built Homes won a total of 7 OBIEs, including Best Offsite signage for its colorful mural series (photo included with release).
The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in Atlanta’s home construction industry, celebrating commitment to innovation in new home building, remodeling and marketing (TV spots, social media, print and website) categories. Brock Built was awarded 5 Gold OBIE Awards, 2 Silver OBIE Awards and Best Interior Merchandising for it Castleberry Station model home.
The gold OBIE Awards received by Brock Built included:
Single Family Detached–Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization $500,000 to $599,999 - Westside Station
Single Family Detached–Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization $300,000 to $399,999 – Oliver Street
Single Family Detached–Urban Redevelopment/Revitalization $400,000 to $499,999 – Castleberry Station
Brock Built also received 2 silver OBIE Awards for some of their marketing efforts. In 2019, Brock Built partnered with theAtlanta Mission and the Atlanta Housing Authority to donate a new craftsman style Brock Built Home in the amazing, award-winning West Highlands neighborhood of Atlanta. In this partnership entitled, Building Hope and a Future Dream Home sweepstakes – thousands of people donated to the Atlanta Mission for a chance to win this beautiful home. Brock was awarded a silver OBIE for its TV spot on WXIA 11 Alive Atlanta & Company to help promote the sweepstakes.
As a pioneer of intown Atlanta, Brock’s innovation goes beyond home design. Brock Built Homes chooses unique ways to market its communities, such as utilizing off-site signage to promote their Oliver Street and Castleberry Station neighborhoods. Brock partnered with local street artist Eric Nine to paint bold exterior murals at two of their Atlanta neighborhoods. The latest masterpieces won a Gold and Silver OBIE with its colorful portrait of a beautiful woman in profile, lost in thought, with flowers trailing behind her. The colorful 30-foot murals near both Castleberry Station and Oliver Street are clearly connected – a deliberate display of the artist’s celebration of the human spirit. The mural series has been a huge hit with the residents, who love the unique character the famed street artist brings to the community.
