Engel & Völkers Atlanta announces the firm will act as the brokerage to manage sales and marketing at JW Collection properties, including the five communities, The Heritage on Memorial, Enclave on Collier, Abbington at Wildwood, Paces View and Enclave at Dunwoody Park. Part of the JW Collection, each community offers an esteemed architectural style, with individually designed, custom-built homes located in urban, walkable environments. Engel & Völkers Atlanta also handles sales for One Museum Place, a John Wieland condominium community in the heart of Midtown.
“John Wieland designed homes are known for high-quality, luxury residential marvels that are perennially sought after and command competitive offers,” said Christa Huffstickler, founder & CEO of Engel & Völkers Atlanta. “We are delighted to expand our partnership with this legendary developer who is now celebrating 50 years of home building, and further amplify their JW Collection through our next-generation marketing savvy and smart, strategic targeting. The market is hungry for exactly what John Wieland is delivering, and we are certain these homes will be snapped up in record time.”
Since joining the John Wieland team, Engel & Völkers Atlanta has already sold the remaining homes in Paces View. Here is a preview of the communities with remaining inventory:
