Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP is pleased to announce that Diane Lidz has joined the firm's Atlanta office. Diane strengthens the firm's Development Services Industry Team, which helps clients navigate the entire life cycle of real estate projects.
Diane is a leader in Atlanta's commercial real estate industry. She has served on the board of directors for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Atlanta and currently co-chairs its Network Committee. She has more than three decades of experience representing clients in commercial real estate transactions.
Diane advises on the purchase, sale, and development of land and income-producing properties, as well as leasing, lending, construction contracting, and loan workouts. She has represented retail developers in acquisition and sales transactions, easement and restrictive covenant agreements, development agreements, leasing, and other areas.
She has also advised landlords and tenants of various sizes in ground lease and space lease transactions for industrial, retail, and office properties, including mixed-use developments. Additionally, she has counseled landowners on solar farm leases. Diane joins Parker Poe from Hartman Simons & Wood.
“Diane brings to Parker Poe a wealth of relationships throughout the commercial real estate industry and the Atlanta area," Atlanta partner Ellen Smith says. "We have a deep bench of real estate and commercial development attorneys across our footprint, and Diane’s addition strengthens both our position in Georgia and the overall services we can provide.”
