Regent Partners Announces the Promotion of Andrew Allman to Principal of Development Services

Regent Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Allman to Principal - Development Services. In his new role, he will assume leadership of the Development Services group where his primary focus will be leading cross functional teams to increase value and ensure that all Regent Partners projects are delivered to meet and exceed the firm’s stringent expectations. Allman will oversee pre-development, design, construction and project closeout. In the new structure, Allman will work closely with Jim Feldman who will continue in his role as Principal – Development Services, where he will lead projects and utilize his experience and expertise to assist with the activities of the Development Services group.

Allman has been with Regent Partners since October of 2012. He has held a number of roles, most recently as the Director - Development Services. Prior to Regent Partners, Andrew spent seven years with Brasfield & Gorrie LLC in their estimating department and later with their commercial division in project management working on a range of office and institutional projects throughout the metro Atlanta area.

Andrew obtained his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Economics and Management from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Andrew is a member of ULI, a LEED accredited professional, and a member of the USGBC.

With a focus on the Southeast, the company has an impressive portfolio of projects underway. Regent Partners recently acquired The Reservoir, located in an opportunity zone in Nashville, Tennessee in the historic Edgehill neighborhood. The site will initially include 284 multi-family units with up to 445 units in later phases and is located within 200 yards of nearly 100 acres of city-owned parks including Reservoir Park, Rose Park and Fort Negley. The new community will offer sweeping views of surrounding neighborhoods including Downtown, 12 South, 8th Ave, Midtown and Music Row, as well as the Vanderbilt University and Belmont University campuses. Construction is anticipated to commence in the fall of 2021.

In Savannah, the firm has partnered with Mariner Group and ELV Associates to deliver Eastern Wharf, a 57-acre mixed-use development that sits adjacent to the Landmark Historic District. Eastern Wharf includes Riverworks, a mixed-use residential and retail project opening in the spring 2021, office, as well as the Thompson Savannah Hotel, a 193-room boutique lifestyle hotel which will open in mid 2021. The total project value is estimated at more than $600 Million and will take approximately 8 years to complete the full build out. The first phase of the project is anticipated to open in the Spring of 2021. 

Regent is also developing the Thompson Buckhead Hotel, a 201-room boutique lifestyle hotel in Buckhead (Atlanta), Georgia which will deliver in Fall of 2021.
