Adams and Reese is pleased to announce
Angela Grate has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as an Associate.
Grate’s practice focuses on corporate transactions, education law, data privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment, and data management. She works as part of a team to aid clients in a variety of matters.
Grate attended Emory University School of Law, where she graduated in 2020 with honors. While studying at Emory, Grate was a staff member of the Emory Law Journal, where she was honored as the Outstanding Notes and Comments Editor her third year. She also served as vice president of the school’s Federal Bar Association chapter.
Grate earned her undergraduate degrees in Political Science-Economics and English Literature, summa cum laude, from Capital University in 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, Grate was a legal extern for the Health Law Partnership in Atlanta and a judicial intern to the Honorable Clyde Reese III at the Court of Appeals of Georgia. She also interned with the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor. Before becoming a practicing attorney, Grate was a business analyst.
