Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Jillian Bailey as Director. She will join the Office Agency Leasing team.

“Jillian has an established track record, negotiating more than $60 million in transaction value throughout her career, and will add significant value to our best-in-class Office Agency Leasing team,” said Tyler Courtney, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office. “An effective problem solver, her strategic and collaborative approach will be a tremendous asset.” 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bailey was a Leasing Manager at Manulife Investment Management where she oversaw leasing of a 2 million-square-foot portfolio throughout the U.S. Previously, she was an Associate at Avison Young.

Bailey has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
