Lincoln Property Company Southeast Negotiates Over 40,000 Square Feet Across TerraCap Management, LLC’s Metro Atlanta Portfolio

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated new leases, extensions and expansions in excess of 40,000 square feet across TerraCap Management, LLC’s metro Atlanta portfolio. Lincoln’s Matt Davis and Matt Fergus handle leasing on behalf of the owner. 
 
The recent deals include the following: 
 
  • At Northwoods Commons in Georgia’s Norcross/Peachtree Corners submarket, Lincoln has negotiated over 21,000 square feet of new deals since the beginning of the year. Ardd & Winter, Inc. signed a new lease at the property for 15,000 square feet of space. Brad Pope with Hailey Realty represented the tenant in the deal. Ser Familia also signed on to lease over 5,000 square feet. This year, TerraCap has made several exterior improvements to the complex, including new landscaping, building signage and painting all three buildings to create a more modern and welcoming environment. 
 
  • Reliable Roofing signed a new lease at 35 Technology Parkway in Norcross, Georgia, for 9,000 square feet of space. John Oliver Jr. and John Oliver Sr. with Oliver and Company represented the tenant. 
 
  • At Bailey Park, a five-building office park in the Kennesaw submarket, Vibe Kayaks signed a new lease for over 8,000 square feet of space, represented by Matt Nelson with Hughes Commercial Real Estate. Watts Water, a long-term tenant at the office park, has extended its over 3,000-square-foot lease.
 
  • At 3100 Breckinridge in Duluth, ATX Networks extended and expanded its lease at the seven-building office park to occupy over 7,000 square feet.
