Northside Hospital has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Atlanta 2021 by workplace culture and compensation monitoring site Comparably. Of the top 15 employers, Northside ranked No. 3 and is the only hospital on the list.

Comparably’s annual “Best” lists showcase companies that receive the highest ratings on Comparably.com throughout the year based on anonymous feedback from employees about work-life balance, compensation, leadership and more.

Northside also ranked No. 9 for Best HR Teams and No. 42 for  Best Company Outlook among top large employers (more than 500 employees) across the United States.
